Hey everyone I’m Yata, I have struggled with my weight since I was a 7 years old. I had made peace with being overweight when I hit my mid 20s. Unfortunately once I started having children my health was declining. I had knee pain, was pre diabetic, heavy menstrual periods, mood swings, PCOS symptoms and worst of all depression.

I started doing my research and came across a book called Eat right 4 your type. We all have different foods that help us heal our body and some that are detrimental to our bodies.

Have you ever had an allergy test? They use your blood and test it against foods and tell you what you’re allergic to. That’s how this works instead you don’t have to pay hundreds of dollars for an allergy test. It’s all done for you as long as you know your blood type.

Do you know your Blood type? If not get the test from Amazon called “Eldoncard INC Blood Type Test”
