How to Make Thai Curry Soup Dumplings 🥟

Thai red curry soup dumplings 🥟

Recipe:

Ingredients:

• 8–10 frozen soup dumplings

• 1 tbsp neutral oil

• 1 tbsp Thai red curry paste

• 1/2 medium onion, diced

• 2 garlic cloves, minced

• 1/2–3/4 cup chicken or veggie stock

• 1/3 cup coconut milk

• 1 tsp fish sauce

• 1 tsp sugar

• 2 kaffir lime leaves (or juice from 1 lime)

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a pot over medium-high. Add onion, garlic, and curry paste. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

2. Stir in stock until curry paste dissolves.

3. Add coconut milk, fish sauce, sugar, and kaffir lime leaves or lime juice. Simmer.

4. Add frozen dumplings, cover, and cook for 12 minutes or until cooked through.

5. Serve hot, optionally with chili oil. Enjoy!
