had so many people asked me for this type of post because they know that my page is dedicated to fitness losing weight and my PCOS that I struggle with on a daily basis and I want to help women like me be able to have these fundamental things at their fingertips

I do not get paid to do this out of the kindness of my heart because I know what it is like to struggle and not know what’s going on

I’m going to say I am not a doctor licensed. This is my personal experience what I have dealt with since the age of 13 years old and I am going on 23 years old in October.

I recommend finding an endocrinologist that specialize in hormone treatments and diabetes in your area and get a metabolic panel, a hormone panel of thyroid, checking of your LH your luteinizing hormone your progesterone testing your DHEA testing everything that has to do with your hormones get it tested to see what you need to fill in those gaps

A comprehensive approach to management includes consulting healthcare professionals who specialize in hormone health. Regular testing for hormone levels, thyroid function, and other metabolic markers is crucial. Moreover, lifestyle changes, such as a balanced diet and a consistent exercise routine, can significantly help manage PCOS symptoms. Supplements targeting specific symptoms, like inositol for insulin sensitivity or omega-3s for inflammation, may prove beneficial as well. Always consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any new supplement regimen. Addressing PCOS requires a multifaceted strategy tailored to each individual's unique experiences and symptoms.

THIS MAKES ME FEEL SO VALIDATED!!! I finally got properly diagnosed after 18 years and thousands of dollars spent trying to figure out what was wrong with me! Results came back and the lowest she wanted my estrogen was 200, mine was 1.7!!!!! My testosterone was 67.5 when the highest they want is 55!!!

Omg… I’m gonna have to go back to the doctor and let them have it.. they keep saying “I’m fine, I just need to workout.” 😒🤦🏽‍♀️
