Additionally, tracking the pollen count in the morning before heading out can help me decide if it’s better to run indoors or take extra precautions outdoors, like wearing sunglasses or a mask. Using natural remedies such as local honey or herbal teas has also provided some relief alongside my regular allergy medications. If you’re like me and allergies have gotten the best of you lately, incorporating these small but consistent habits into your routine could make a notable difference. Sharing these experiences can hopefully support others navigating similar struggles and inspire us all to keep moving forward despite seasonal challenges.
