Losing weight after delivery can feel overwhelming, especially when dealing with conditions like hypothyroidism. From my experience, managing thyroid health is crucial before focusing on weight loss. Once my thyroid became stable, I saw much better results with consistent effort. Home-based workouts played an essential role in my journey. Performing 100 counts of each exercise daily helped build stamina and strength without the need for gym sessions. What’s even more important is that about 80% of weight loss comes from what you eat. I paid close attention to my diet, focusing on nutritious, whole foods while limiting processed items. However, results can vary individually, so it’s important to listen to your body and consult professionals if needed. Through consistency and dedication, I successfully dropped four dress sizes and improved my skin and overall health.
