Cheddar jalapeño bread

3 cups flour

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

1 jalapeño

1 cup cheese

3/4 tsp yeast (or 1 packet)

1 1/4 cups Luke warm water

Mix all together let it sit for 2 hours with plastic wrap

Once 2 hours is up preheat oven to 450° with Dutch oven inside.

While oven is preheating take the dough out and need it for 2-3 minutes. (It will be VERY STICKY) use flour to need it. Once dough is done and oven is ready put dough inside Dutch oven with the lid on and cook for 30 mins then cook for an additional 20 minutes with the lid off for a crispy crust. Then enjoy.
