10 garlic cloves

4 oz mushrooms

1 cup cherry tomatoes

1 red bell pepper

1 cup chicken stock

1 cup dry Italian white wine

Juice + zest of 1 lemon 🍋

Fresh basil, oregano, parsley

Sea salt + red pepper flakes

Parmesan or Pecorino 🧀
