Review the first 6 months of life after the end of the relationship. What to do!! EP.1

6 months ago...From the day I thought the world would collapse, today I looked back and thanked myself so well and brought myself to this point. 🥹🤍

Anyone who is breaking down or just ending a relationship wants to say, "It's really going to get better," and these are the three things we've done in the last six months.

1️⃣ Allow yourself to be sad, but have to set a stop time. ⏳

At first it was heavy. I wanted to cry and cry, but don't let myself plummet too long. Try to take yourself out to see the world, go for a walk, let nature heal (as in this picture, standing looking at the water, looking at the sky, helping to calm my heart a lot).

2️⃣ back to what I wanted to do, but I didn't do it. ✈️🎨

Put all the energy that used to focus on other people, splash on yourself to be juicy! Where do you want to go? How to dress up, dress up, dismantle your life schedule, and take your own happiness as a location?

3️⃣ Practice being alone and really love yourself. 🧘‍♀️

Being alone is not as scary as it seems, but it makes us hear our hearts more clearly, know that we are worthy of good things and can be happy on our own without borrowing happiness from anyone anymore.

Today the wound may not heal 100%, but the smile is really ours:)

It's encouraging for everyone who is going through this time to grow together. 🫶✨
