🫶intermittent fasting update
I can definitely see it in my face. I’ve lost about 8 lbs just fasting. So I think for August I should set a new goal for August like adding in a walk. But most importantly I feel way better!!!
Fasting was difficult at first and I still can barely wait to start eating when my window starts but focusing on protein intake has helped me not get hungry.
Also adding water water water water and more water.
Today is a bit different I just passed out at the state fair so I’m going to eat a little outside of my window but I feel like this is a special case.
