**1. Workout Clothes:** Opt for outfits that blend comfort and confidence; they should allow for free movement and boost your self-esteem. Have your clothes prepped ahead of time to eliminate morning stress.
**2. Good Shoes:** Choose supportive footwear designed for your specific workouts—running requires different shoes than strength training. Invest in quality to protect your feet.
**3. Reusable Water Bottle:** Staying hydrated is crucial! A sturdy, reusable water bottle not only reduces waste but also helps track your intake, making it easier to reach daily goals. Popular options include large capacity bottles for ample hydration throughout your day.
**4. Resistance Bands:** Ideal for home workouts, resistance bands are portable and versatile. They can enhance strength training without the need for bulky weights. Consider resistance levels to gradually increase difficulty as you progress.
**5. Foundational Supplements:** Rather than falling for quick fixes and fad diets, focus on foundational supplements that support your overall health. They can fill nutritional gaps and sustain energy levels throughout your busy routine. Learn about essential supplements that align with your health goals from credible sources or nutritionists.
