Steal my workout split if you want strength + posture + visible tone… without burning out.
My current hybrid split:
Mon – Leg day (heavy + glutes/hamstrings)
Tues – Upper body (shoulders/back/core support)
Wed – Mat Pilates (control + mobility)
Thurs – Cadillac Pilates (deep core + spinal work)
Fri – Full body lift (compound strength)
Sat – Mat Pilates (long, lean, nervous system reset)
Weights build the muscle.
Pilates refines the mechanics so you move like an athlete.
The combo is why my posture changed, my core finally connects, and I kept 25 lbs off without living in fight-or-flight.
