3 Things to Remember on your Fitness Journey📈

3 things to STOP doing right now to get back on track⬇️

1. Replaying your past decisions in your head 🧠 Read it again. YOUR. PAST. DECISIONS. A conscious choice you made. Some are better than others but at the end of the day you made that choice for a reason. Whether it was to feel joy or happiness in that moment, you felt it then, no need to fixate on it now. Moments over, news ones are waiting right in front of you.

2. Taking the same actions🔁 nothing will ever change if you don’t do something to change it. You fell off track? Cool so what are you going to do now to form a different outcome?

3. Thinking this moment last forever📉Life comes in waves. Good, bad or indifferent. Just like the seasons change (& how you like some better than others) doesn’t mean we can’t sit in an experience the different parts of those seasons. The seasons of YOUR life come & go. Stop hating it. Start appreciating, learning and growing from it. 🌱

... Read moreWhen embarking on your fitness journey, it's important to maintain a healthy mindset. Replaying past decisions can hinder progress; instead, focus on actionable steps for improvement. Avoid repeating unproductive behaviors and recognize that change is a necessary part of growth. It's essential to accept that life's ups and downs, much like the seasons, are natural and should be embraced. Learn to appreciate each moment, regardless of its nature, and find lessons in both challenges and joys. For a successful fitness journey, prioritize mental wellness by adopting a growth-oriented mindset and setting realistic goals. Engage with supportive communities online, share experiences, and motivate one another to stay committed. Remember, the path to fitness is a personal journey unique to each individual, and the key lies in persistence and adaptability.
