Finally stopped renting and bought a house

On April 16th, after almost 9 years together, my fiance & I are no longer renting. We are in our 30s and it took a long time to get here, but now we are able to put our own touches on a place and do not have to answer to a landlord. We are so excited about this new chapter in our lives.
