The combination of creamy garlic herb cheese and fresh spinach gives a wonderful fragrant base, while the strawberry tomatoes add a burst of sweetness that balances the richness of the cheeses. Adding mozzarella helps with meltiness and texture, and the prosciutto and pancetta contribute a savory, slightly smoky depth that's hard to beat. One trick I've found useful is to lightly toast the flatbread first before adding the toppings. This keeps it from getting soggy and adds a nice crunch. A final drizzle of balsamic glaze not only adds a beautiful glossy finish but heightens the flavors with its sweet and tangy notes. For those looking to make it a more complete meal, a simple green salad or a bowl of soup pairs beautifully with this flatbread.
