This is the easiest recipe your whole family will be obsessed with. Serve it for lunch, dinner, or as an appetizer. I use Stonefire Naans, a 16 oz. store-bought container of spinach artichoke dip, and all of the meat from a small rotisserie chicken. Feel free to customize the quantity of the dip and chicken to your personal preference.
Chicken Artichoke Flatbread
Ingredients:
4 Naan flatbreads
2 cups spinach artichoke dip
1 cup rotisserie chicken
Nonstick cooking spray, as needed
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
2. Place 2 flatbreads on each baking sheet and spray with nonstick cooking spray. (as needed).
3. Spread the spinach artichoke dip liberally on each flatbread, leaving a ½-inch border around the edges.
4. Scatter the rotisserie chicken over the top.
5. Bake at 425°F for 10-12 minutes, until the dip is bubbling and the bread is crisp.
6. Slice each flatbread into 4 pieces, serve warm, and enjoy!
