🧀 Ingredients:

• 2 lbs lean ground beef (90/10)

• ½ white onion, diced

• 1 tsp salt

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1 tsp black pepper

• ½ tsp Sazon (optional)

• ¼ cup mayo (I used Kewpie)

• 24-pack King’s Hawaiian Rolls

• 1 cup shredded cheese

• 8 to 10 slices cheddar or American cheese

• 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

• 1 to 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

2. Cook ground beef until browned. Add onion and cook until soft.

3. Stir in spices and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

4. Mix in the mayo while the meat is hot and let the mixture rest for a few minutes.

5. Slice the rolls in half. Layer the meat mixture, shredded cheese, sliced cheese, then the top buns.

6. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

7. Bake 5 to 8 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
