Before, we used to think that exercise = just reducing puppets

Before, it was exhausting, bloating, swelling, and not eating a lot, but when I started to exercise, I ate the food in the balance, everything changed. 🤍
In fact, the human body already has a mechanism of "aging," called the Hallmarks of Aging. It sounds a little scientific, but the simple narrative is 9 things that make us age faster, and what we do in everyday life really helps!
