HOURGLASS FIGURE MEEEE

Today we are targeting the lower belly (best know as fupa) and obliques (waist).

I used 2.5 pounds (pink weights) 5 pounds and 10 pounds for this workout. Weights are not necessary for this workout but you can add them to increase intensity.

I did 3 sets of 10-15 depending EXCEPT for the oblique dips(side plank dips) I'm pretty sure I got to like 6 on each side each set 😆 😅

You will definitely feel these so don't sleep on them.

This workout showcases efficient exercises that not only enhance core strength but also improve posture and overall fitness. Incorporating movements such as oblique dips and weighted exercises can supercharge your workout routine for optimal results. Feel free to modify the intensity by adjusting the weight or performing the movements without equipment if you prefer a no-equipment workout. Remember to stay consistent—great results come with time and effort. Regularly blending these exercises into your fitness regimen, along with a balanced diet, can help you build a sculpted waistline. Additionally, engaging in a variety of physical activities, whether at home or the gym, promotes overall well-being and fitness. This holistic approach can benefit not just your waistline but enhance your overall health too. For best results, ensure you warm up before starting your workout and cool down afterwards to aid recovery.
