Tone those wings !!

Not me being able to see my triceps a little bit ! Ya'll might not see them but I do (might need to squint or sum if you don't 🤔 😄)

But seriously definitely proud of the progress my arms have made over time especially in the bat wings department.

Consistency is so key especially when you have particular areas that bother you. The biggest thing for me was to stop checking daily for improvement and just stay consistent no matter what...then one day you notice the change !

These have been my go to workouts for the longest for triceps and they are clearly working so DON'T SKIP!!

I mainly used 10 pound dumbbells but also the 5 and 15 pound for like 1 exercise each. I did 4 sets of 10-12 for everything !
