HAPPY FRIDAY FAM!!

Chile is everyone okay? This week has been a heavy one for sure. So much happening in the world at once...I know I had to stay off socials for the week [outside of posting].

I just hope everyone made time for self care this week or will make time this weekend...

My self care has always been fitness...I am my best mentally, physically, and emotionally when I regularly work out. It's not just about the results for me...use this as motivation for the days you don't feel like it or you are not seeing results...bc those days will come for sure

I encourage everyone to find a way to unplug from the chaos of the world...and even if you aren't into fitness...just go take a walk this weekend and get some positive energy flowing...bc the WORLD needs it.

Alright now....Full Body Friday looked like this today. I used 15 and 30 pound dumbbells for this workout and did 3 sets of 12-15 for everything.

This one is another great one that really covered most areas of the body !
