HAPPY FRIDAY!!

Full Body Friday more specifically!

Today was more core and fat burning focused since my main goal these days is my stomach. And before someone starts yes abs are made in the kitchen...but they can get an extra boost through the workouts as well so leave me alone 😆 🤣

So I did 4 sets of 10-12 for everything and the weights were all over the place like 5-20 pounds.

I did finish using my 12 pound medicine ball and baby I was DONE! This one was a killer finish though. I think it made me delulu bc I was hyping the ball up at the end of my last set because it was over with 😆

The core work will also definitely be felt tomorrow because I already feel it now. So when I say core and cardio...this is definitely the one.

When I finish a session like the one with that 12-pound medicine ball, I know I've pushed my body to truly tap into those fat stores. To really maximize the "fat-burning" potential of any workout, intensity and consistency are key. It’s not just about showing up; it’s about challenging yourself. If you can maintain good form, try to increase your reps, sets, or the weight you're lifting over time. That progressive overload is what forces your body to adapt and get stronger, which in turn enhances your fat-burning capabilities. Don't be afraid to feel "done" like I was; that's often when the real magic happens! And let's not forget the core work! While "abs are made in the kitchen," as the saying goes, a strong core is fundamental for everything else. It supports all your other movements, improves posture, and allows you to perform full-body exercises more effectively and with less risk of injury. Plus, directly targeting your core helps to sculpt and define those muscles once the layers of body fat start to diminish. My "FULL BODY FRIDAY" routine definitely hits this hard, and I can already feel the benefits. Beyond the sweat, remember that true fat burning is a holistic process. What you eat plays a massive role – focusing on whole, unprocessed foods and maintaining a slight calorie deficit is crucial. Hydration, adequate sleep, and managing stress are also non-negotiable. Think of these as the essential fuel and recovery for your internal "fat burner." While some people explore various supplements, my personal experience has shown me that sticking to these foundational principles of consistent, challenging exercise and balanced nutrition yields the most sustainable and rewarding results. It’s about empowering your body to be its own best fat burner, every single day.
