Upper triceps...but better know as bat wings, hang time, good macaroni arms, etc. Lol baby basically the annoying fat right by your armpits is what this is working on.
These exercises are great to tone that area...but to add...this area is tricky because you can have loose skin or fat...or both in this area...
So I always say if you can kinda ball it up in your fist...that's loose skin...and TOO much of is cannot be toned without a cosmetic procedure...but a little combination of fat and loose skin or just fat...this workout will definitely help tone that...in addition to overall fat reduction!
I'm no professional but I have made significant process in this area and I've noticed the most difference when I am intentionally giving my upper triceps special attention...so definitely worth a try if you are stuff in this area!
I used 5, 10, and 15 pound dumbbells for this workout and did 4 sets of 12 to 15...I always go lower weights and higher reps on my triceps bc that little muscle is weaker and a tear in that muscle is NOTHING to play with !
