Psychologie, blessures émotionnelles, guérison…
on t’apprend à gérer ta douleur, pas à la guérir.
Freud, subconscient, cerveau, énergie…
si tu ne travailles pas sur les 3 plans, tu tournes en rond.
From my personal experience with emotional healing, I've learned that addressing pain purely on a psychological level often falls short. Managing pain can provide temporary relief, but without delving into the subconscious and understanding brain energy, the root causes remain unresolved. Sigmund Freud’s work highlights the importance of the subconscious in shaping our emotional responses, yet modern neuroscience adds another layer by explaining how brain energy and neural pathways influence our capacity to truly heal. Alfred Adler’s break from Freud emphasized that suffering comes not only from childhood but also from present moments, suggesting a dynamic interaction between past memories and current realities. In practice, I found that combining these three dimensions—psychological insights, subconscious exploration through techniques like guided meditation or hypnotherapy, and neuroscience-based approaches such as neuroplasticity training or energy work—helped me move beyond cycles of pain and confusion. For instance, developing awareness of subconscious beliefs allowed me to catch recurring negative patterns, while brain exercises helped rewire my responses. This holistic approach requires patience and ongoing self-reflection. Instead of solely learning to manage pain, healing becomes a transformational process involving awareness, subconscious reprogramming, and restoring energetic balance. It’s a journey that reveals the intricate connection between mind, brain, and energy, helping break the loop of unresolved suffering and fostering genuine emotional freedom.
