God Doesn’t Bless Who You Pretend To Be
One thing about it , there’s no algorithm that can beat God. You can follow someone’s EBook down to the nail and still not prosper because Gods hand does something that no internet , no followers, no AI can even touch. I spent a lot of time worrying about what others thought of me. Presenting myself a certain way when on the inside I was dying. When i asked myself why I do that I didn’t even have an answer . I don’t know why I sought other peoples validation. But honestly I think it’s a need for control . I always want to be able to control my own narrative. I think maybe a part of me thinks I can control another person’s perspective of me . I always wanna be doing something, or feeling accomplished. As cute as that is, It doesn’t help anyone to be fake. I remember when I was going through sexual immorality and struggling to stop having sex while I was single , I wanted someone to be raw and transparent so bad. Because I needed someone to understand so that I could get out of it . It does me no good to pretend when there are people in my same situation that need me to be honest to help them out of it. It benefits no one, not even myself to pretend. This year I’m praying that authenticity blesses me in a way I don’t expect . That it blows my mind. It feels so much better just to be myself & walk the way God wants me to.
