Peanut butter cup blizzard ✨40 grams of protein ✨

One recipe makes FOUR creami containers:

✨4 fairlife chocolate milks (the ones with 30g protein)

✨1 container (48g) @simplydessertsnatural pudding mixes (vanilla or chocolate)

✨1 cup (220g) 2% cottage cheese (I like @good_culture)

Optional: a squirt of stevia for extra sweetness if you like (the cottage cheese adds a little salty punch so it’s a great compliment to that)

Toppings (included in nutrition)

✨1 tbsp (8 grams) peanut butter powder

✨1 @skinnydipped dark chocolate peanut butter cup

Either combine everything in a high-speed blender or if you have a smaller ninja bullet like I do, you’ll have to do half the recipe at a time. If you do this it is 24 grams of pudding powder and 110 g (half cup) cottage cheese.

One blended, split evenly into four different containers and freeze overnight or for about 12 hours.

A crucial part of the next-day mixing process is making sure I allow the frozen-solid container to sit out for at least 30 minutes. If I’m in a hurry, I will stick it in hot water for 10 to 15 before I begin blending in the @ninjakitchen Creami blender.

I like to add the pb powder for the final cycle blend, then the chopped up pb cups on top.

In no world should something packed with this much nutrition taste so great…but it does so I had to share. I hope you try it and love it too!! Let me know!
