These are taken first thing when I wake up with my electrolytes

After breakfast, I continue my wellness regimen with a One a Day multivitamin that ensures I cover all essential nutrients. Vitamin D3 supports my mental health by improving my overall mood and immune function, especially during less sunny days. Fish Oil is another staple as it supports my heart health with its omega-3 fatty acids, which is crucial for long-term cardiovascular wellness. I have also incorporated Primal Queen to help sustain hormone balance, though I am still exploring how well it works for my needs.
