Super Moist Pound Cake Recipe

What you will need to achieve this...In a bowl cream together

1 Cup of sugar you can add more for sweetness

1 Stick of butter room temperature

Next add 2 eggs room temperature

1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract...

Sift together 1 1/2 cup of APF Or cake flour......1/2 teaspoon salt and a 1/2 teaspoon baking powder then add to wet mixture...

Last add in 1 Cup of seltzer water

1/2 Cup of blueberries 🫐 or more and mix together don't over mix...

Add to floured loaf pan place on middle rack bake on 325 degrees 35-45 minutes depending on your loaf pan and oven...

Glaze 2 cups powdered sugar

Several teaspoons of sweet cream coffee creamer until desired consistency is achieved
