• 3 jars pasta sauce

• 32 oz ricotta

• 16 oz sour cream

• 1 egg

• 2½ bags Tillamook mozzarella

• 1 (6 oz) bag shaved Parmesan

• Garlic powder, onion powder, salt, white pepper

• Vinny’s Italian seasoning

• Fresh Italian parsley 1 bunch chopped

Instructions:

1️⃣ Boil ziti to al dente.

2️⃣ Brown beef, drain fat.

3️⃣ In same pan, sauté onion till translucent.

4️⃣ Add beef back + 3 jars of sauce + generous seasonings (Vinny’s + more!). Simmer.

5️⃣ In a large bowl, mix: ricotta, sour cream, 1 egg, 6 oz shaved Parm, and seasonings + parsley (1 tbsp each, go lighter on salt + pepper).

6️⃣ Stir pasta into ricotta mix.

7️⃣ In a deep pan, layer:

➤ Sauce

➤ Ricotta-pasta mixture

➤ Tillamook mozzarella

➤ Repeat

➤ Top with more Tillamook + parsley
