Creole Chicken & Asparagus Alfredo 🍝

This is one of my all time faves and it’s coincidentally so cheap and makes a TON! You can always sub the asparagus for broccoli!

Ingredients:

• 3 lbs chicken (cubed)

• Tony’s Creole (I like A LOT👌)

• 1 jar Ragu Alfredo sauce

• 1/3 jar milk OR water (shake in the jar)

• 6 oz shaved Parmesan

• 1 bunch asparagus (chopped)

• 1 box penne pasta

Directions:

1️⃣ Boil penne, set aside.

2️⃣ Season chicken w/ Tony’s & cook through.

3️⃣ Pour in the whole jar of Ragu Alfredo.

4️⃣ Fill the empty jar 1/3 full w/ milk or water, put the lid back on, shake it up, then pour that into the pan too.

5️⃣ Add shaved Parmesan, stir until it melts creamy.

6️⃣ Toss in asparagus, cook until just tender.

7️⃣ Add pasta back in, toss everything together.

8️⃣ Serve spicy, cheesy, perfect.
