Creole Hamburger Skillet

Tonight’s therapy session: a hearty Creole Hamburger Skillet.

Ground beef, mild Italian sausage, bell peppers, onions, garlic. Cheese, marinara, and plenty of Cajun seasoning all cooked together in one skillet for an easy, comforting meal. Simple ingredients, big flavor, and minimal cleanup; just the way I like it.

No fancy techniques. No complicated ingredients. Just good food and a little peace in the kitchen.

I don’t have a recipe for this meal. Every time I make it, it’s a little different depending on what I have in the kitchen. A little of this, a little of that, plenty of love, and somehow it always turns out good.
