My progress!

I started my weight loss journey in March 2024. I started on a GLP-1 and I had lost 30 pounds. I also had to get my gallbladder out in that time.

November 2025- I had a RNY gastric bypass. It was a decision that I made for myself and I thought long and hard about

March 1st 2026- I officially hit 100 pounds lost since the start of my journey

I have never felt better. I have more that I need/want to lose. I have more energy and my lab values have improved!

However, weight loss is an ongoing journey, and it’s important to have realistic expectations and give yourself grace. Regular medical follow-ups, balanced nutrition, and staying active remain critical to sustaining these results.
