The biggest and most important is I eat in a calorie deficit. I have a calorie tracker app and I track everything.

I prioritize protein! I feel like this isn’t emphasized enough! Eating enough protein will help keep you full throughout the day and help maintain muscle so that you lose fat faster.

Working out 5 days a week! I feel like I don’t need to go much into this. Everyone knows that working out is very good for you and aids helping you lose weight. Just move your body. You don’t have to be in the gym to do that. #fitnesstransformationjourney #losingweightips #weightloss
