Chicken flavored Rice and Hot Honey BBQ neck bones
This is really simple, for the neck bones, I cleaned them with vinegar and cold water, then boiled them with:
a little vinegar
garlic powder
onion powder
meat tenderizer
seasoning salt
ground mustard powder
and Tony’s creole seasoning, because I was not using the broth (may use it for something else)
For the rice I did make it after I put the neck bones in the oven, I used my fav chicken flavored rice added a little butter salt and pepper for seasoning and so it can keep the chicken flavor.
I tried to get a better picture of the chicken flavored rice not sure 🥲it’s yellow now white 🤷🏽♀️
Don’t know if anyone has tried this but this is what I was craving for lunch today, and it was good 😋 I did put the rest up for later, because I have kids and they picky eaters lol 😆
