ในชีวิตของแต่ละคน เรามักจะประสบกับช่วงเวลาที่รู้สึกเหมือนไม่มีใครเห็นความพยายามที่เราทุ่มเทลงไปบ้างเลย ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องปกติที่ใครหลายคนต้องเจอ ผมอยากเล่าประสบการณ์ตรงเกี่ยวกับเรื่องนี้ ตอนที่ผมตั้งใจทำโครงการใหญ่ครั้งหนึ่ง ต้องใช้เวลาและความอดทนมากกว่าที่คิดไว้ แต่กลับไม่มีใครมองเห็นหรือให้คำชมเลย ผมจึงเริ่มสงสัยในความหมายของความพยายามที่ทำไปว่ามันมีความหมายจริงหรือไม่ แต่เมื่อผมนั่งทบทวนและฟังหัวใจตัวเอง ผมก็พบว่าความพยายามทุกครั้งนั้นมันฝังลึกอยู่ในจิตใจ แม้ไม่มีเสียงชื่นชม แต่ความเหนื่อยและอดทนที่ผ่านมาสอนให้ผมเข้มแข็งขึ้นและเปลี่ยนวิธีคิดในแง่บวกมากขึ้น ผมเรียนรู้ที่จะภูมิใจในตัวเอง แม้ว่าคนอื่นอาจมองไม่เห็นก็ตาม นอกจากนั้น ความพยายามยังเป็นหลักฐานที่แท้จริงว่าตัวเราไม่ได้หยุดนิ่ง แต่กำลังเดินหน้าฝ่าฟันไปข้างหน้า การรู้สึกเหนื่อยล้า น้ำตาที่กลืนลงคอไป มันไม่สูญเปล่า แต่มันกลายเป็นแรงผลักดันให้เราไม่ยอมแพ้ง่ายๆ บทเรียนสำคัญคือ อย่าให้การขาดการยอมรับจากผู้อื่นเป็นตัวชี้วัดความพยายามของเรา แต่ให้ใจตัวเองเป็นเครื่องหมายยืนยัน และให้คุณค่ากับความเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นกับตัวเองแทน สุดท้ายนี้ ผมอยากให้ทุกคนที่กำลังท้อแท้ได้รู้ว่า ความพยายามไม่เคยไร้ค่า เพราะแม้ไม่มีใครเห็น แต่มันอยู่ในใจเรา และนั่นคือสิ่งที่สำคัญที่สุดจริงๆ
