It’s amazing how a simple brain dump, journaling, or talking out my thoughts can clear mental clutter, making it easier to concentrate on what’s ahead. I’ve also realized the power of self-compassion—giving myself grace rather than striving for perfection. ADHD doesn’t mean less capable; it simply means wired differently. Protecting your focus by limiting distractions and allowing time for physical movement helps both mind and body stay strong. Celebrating every win, big or small, reinforces a positive mindset and motivation. For other ADHD moms or anyone dealing with similar challenges, remember: choosing yourself isn’t selfish.
