This is my recipe for lemon ginger wellness shots. I take a shot of it in the morning. This helps boost your immune system and can even help with inflammation and digestion.

•juice from 6 lemons

•about 1/2 of a fresh ginger root (washed)

•honey (I used about 2 tables spoons but add as much as you like)

•1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

•1/2 teaspoon of turmeric

•1/2 cup of water

Throw everything into a blender and blend until smooth. Next strain all of the pulp out and you’re left with just the juice. I store mine in a glass jar in the fridge. Take daily, preferably in the morning.
