Real life… not a perfect routine 🤍
Some mornings I’m rushing, praying in the shower, getting my kids together, and heading out the door.
But I’ve learned God meets me in the middle of it all.
Not perfect… just intentional.Texas
In my journey of balancing motherhood and faith, I've often found myself caught between the chaos of morning routines and the desire to maintain a spiritual connection. Like many, I struggle with perfection—rushing, multitasking, and sometimes praying in unconventional moments, such as in the shower. What I've come to realize is that faith doesn't demand flawless routines; instead, it thrives in the intentionality behind our actions. Living in Texas, where the pace can be fast and life unpredictable, I've embraced the understanding that God meets us exactly where we are—even in moments of hurry and imperfection. This shift from striving for an idealized routine to accepting real life with open arms has been liberating. It’s about giving God the first place in our hearts, no matter how messy the start of our day may seem. I've also found comfort in connecting with communities that share similar values, such as those within the #faithinreallife and #christianlifestyle circles. Sharing experiences and encouragement reminds me that being intentional, rather than perfect, nurtures a deeper faith and stronger family bonds. By focusing on small, mindful moments—whether a quick prayer while packing lunches or a gratitude pause before stepping out the door—I’ve strengthened my spiritual walk. This approach has taught me that faith is not about having everything planned but trusting God through every unpredictable moment. Ultimately, embracing this imperfect but intentional routine brings peace and fulfillment to my daily life.
