This is probably on of the biggest struggles i see klients have when they are trying to eat "healthier".
You don't have to spend 5hrs one day doing a whoollee meal prep
start off with a simple karb, protein and then some veggies
or maybe just make the protein one day, then the karbs and veggies the next
you'll eventually get into a flow of always having food prepped
the best part ? you won't be opening 1 week old chicken 🫣
Doing your meal prep all in one day also works! but for all the Kueenz that are forcing themselves to, RELAX. there's another way
