if you struggle with focus here is an important tip that helps me! 📚Avoid caffeine unless you have headaches! Instead, focus on good sleep hygiene (8hrs every night) for the best study performance. But if you get headaches, caffeine is proven to decrease them while giving you that helpful boost!
