The 9/11 exhibition at the 9/11 memorial/museum was a test of people’s characters. I saw refugees. They were everywhere. Diseases are everywhere. I feel a fever like a glowing ball growing inside me. Upper west side seemed like a disease. I am wandering around as I feel the sickness. I went back to my hostel alone. People seems to be averse of Israel Palestine conflicts, Venezuela oil tanker attacks and immigrants’ identities. People who graduated in the last few years and the students were making heads way in the job markets. Many of them have found themselves in a cult of personality, of Donald j. Trump. The issues of Israel Palestine have been brought up again and again in various topics. Etc.
Visiting the 9/11 Memorial Museum is more than just witnessing history; it’s an emotional confrontation with resilience, loss, and the complexities of current global affairs. During my visit, the presence of refugees and the pervasive sense of illness around the Upper West Side seemed to symbolize larger struggles faced by many communities worldwide.
