how i lost 12 lbs in 3 weeks - routine 🤍🦾
i started my weight loss journey last summer. i ended up GAINING WEIGHT and was at my heaviest at 150 lbs after being 110 lbs. needless to say i was wrecked about that. on october 23rd i decided to change EVERYTHING i was doing, and 3 weeks later i lost 12 lbs! it’s been 1.5 months, 40 days exactly
