Dough
• ¾ cup warm milk (110°F)

• ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• ¾ tsp salt
Chocolate Cinnamon Filling
• ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
• ¾ cup brown sugar
• ¼ cup cocoa powder (Dutch-process if possible)
• 1½ tbsp ground cinnamon
• ½ cup mini chocolate chips (optional but 🔥)
• Pinch of salt
Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting
• 4 oz cream cheese, softened
• ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1½ cups powdered sugar
• ¼ cup cocoa powder
• 1–2 tbsp milk or cream
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

1. Make the Dough
1. In a large bowl, mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.
2. Whisk in egg, egg yolk, and melted butter.
3. Add flour and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
4. Knead 5–7 minutes (by hand or mixer) until smooth and slightly sticky.
5. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise 1–1½ hours until doubled.

• Mix softened butter, brown sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, salt, and chocolate chips until spreadable.

1. Roll dough into a 14x9-inch rectangle.
2. Spread filling evenly across dough.
3. Roll tightly from the long side and slice into 9–12 rolls.
4. Place in a greased baking dish, cover, and rise 30 minutes.
