Strawberry Cheesecake Nachos
Ingredients:
For the Cinnamon Sugar Chips:
10 flour tortillas, cut into triangles
¼ cup melted butter
½ cup granulated sugar
1½ tsp cinnamon
For the Cheesecake Dip:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup heavy cream
For the Strawberry Topping:
2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp strawberry jam (optional, for extra sweetness)
Instructions:
Make the cinnamon sugar chips:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brush tortilla triangles with melted butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the tortillas.
Bake 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp. Let cool completely.
Prepare the cheesecake dip:
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy. Chill while prepping strawberries.
Make the strawberry topping:
In a small saucepan, combine strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and jam.
Cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened. Let cool.
Assemble the nachos:
Arrange cinnamon sugar chips on a serving plate. Top with cheesecake dip and spoon strawberry topping over.
Serve:
Garnish with extra strawberries, whipped cream, or a drizzle of strawberry syrup. Serve immediately and enjoy dessert nacho heaven!
