👨🍳 Cool Recipe of Home 📌 Sweet Pork Partridge Eggs✅
It's not because I'm hungry...But because it's so delicious that it can't stop! 😋

Anyone can do it in less than an hour!
✨ Main ingredients:
- A pork belly cut into a coin-sized loaf of 1 baht.
- Quail Eggs (Boiled and peeled, or can buy ready peeled)
- Garlic, ginger, onion.
- 2 dried peppers, 2 anise, 1-2 bay leaves
- Pepper pellets (if you like)
- granulated sugar (or beep sugar for making simmering sugar)
- 1 can of beer
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- Black soy sauce (seasoning sauce) 1 tablespoon
- 1 teaspoon MSG
- Clean water (enough to flood the mixture)
🔥 How to do it (a little easy!)
1️⃣ Scalding pork belly:
Put the pig in boiling water with ginger, spring onion and Chinese liqueur. Scald for 3-5 minutes to deodorize the fishy smell and scoop it up. Wash the water clean and dry.
2️⃣ Fry quail eggs:
Heat the oil pan. Bring the quail eggs down and fry until the skin is crispy golden brown (called "tiger pattern"). Scoop it up and set it aside.
3️⃣ Make a Simmer Sugar (Colored Brown):
Put the granulated sugar in the pan. Apply a light fire. Simmer until melted and turn dark golden brown. Then add the pork to the sauté immediately until the coat is pretty colored throughout the piece.
4️⃣ Put on the seasoning:
This is followed by garlic, ginger, spring onions, dried peppers, anise, bay leaves, stir fried to fragrance.
5️⃣ Add liquids and seasonings:
Pour a can of beer, followed by clean water to flood the pig.
Seasoned with 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon black soy sauce
Boil with a medium fire until it boils, then dim into a light fire.
6️⃣. Simmer for 30 minutes:
Close the lid. Braised for 30 minutes until the pig is soft at
7️⃣ Put the quail egg:
Add the fried eggs to it, followed by a teaspoon of MSG.
Simmer for another 10 minutes. Let the eggs absorb the taste.
8️⃣ Scoop Serving:
Scoop on the plate. Sprinkle with alley onions.
Ready to serve with hot beautiful rice! ✨
📌 More delicious tips:
- Beer reduces the fishy smell and increases the natural mellow sweetness.
- Don't use strong fire when simmering, because the pig will freeze!
If you want to soften the pig, use an electric casserole or a pressure pot.
