Fruits & Veggies = More Water

Sometimes I struggle drinking my daily amount of water, not that I don’t like water, but…. It’s water LOL.

I even bought the waterbottle that tells me how much I should drink each hour and I still fail at that 🙃😂

There are a lot of fruits and vegetables that carry a LOT of water. You can make these into smoothies, juices and salads and still get in a good amount of water.

To boost your water intake, consider blending a refreshing smoothie with watermelon and strawberries or preparing a vibrant salad with cucumbers and lettuce. Not only do these options provide hydration, but they also deliver essential vitamins and minerals. Experimenting with juices and smoothies can also be a fun way to enjoy these hydrating foods. Additionally, many herbs like basil and mint can add flavor to your waters, making them more enjoyable to consume.
