Now hear me out, I got into my fitness journey to create a lifestyle that is sustainable for me and what it looks like for me may not be the same as others. Obviously eating is one huge factor in getting healthy and I am still human overall and have cravings these make my sweet tooth craving easy to manage not only are they low calorie but delicious and I don’t have to feel guilty about have a few of them to curve a craving when they hit. 10/10 I recommend trying especially if you’re looking to make out some swaps for lower calorie delicious treats.
