DAY 5: 75 SOFT🥑🪻

(It’s day 6🤫) tired yesterday and tired today, here’s my post for Day 5 (Friday)

Started out strong with avo and cream cheese toast. Treated myself to Chick-fil-A, tried making my meal healthier but it only saved me about 500 calories from my normal meal which was pretty lame but at least it still tasted good. Wanted to try the lavender cold foam at Starbucks (I love me a chai, and the lavender was as expected. Not my vibe, not great not horrible. I don’t believe flowers have a place in coffee). Ended the night with an insanely sweaty hot yoga class and stuffing my face.

On Day 5, I started my morning with a delightful avocado and cream cheese toast, rich in healthy fats that keep you energized. I then treated myself to a Chick-fil-A Cool Wrap meal, which although tasty, was still considered a healthier option. The wrap contains 440 calories, paired nicely with their Fat-Free Honey Mustard Dressing to keep the calorie count in check. While dining out, making informed choices can allow for enjoyment without derailing your goals. Later, I decided to try the trendy lavender cold foam at Starbucks on my Iced Chai Tea Latte. While it looked beautiful, the flavor was a mixed experience for me. Many health enthusiasts are often curious about integrating floral flavors into their diets, but personal preferences vary widely. If you enjoy floral teas, it might be worth a try! Finally, I wrapped up my day with an intense hot yoga session, which is a great way to relax and focus on physical wellness. Yoga not only promotes fitness but also helps with mental clarity after a busy day. Each day can be a chance to explore new flavors and practices—what's on your menu for mental and physical health today?
