Dinner — Chicken Pot Pie 🥧

After a week of eating out, I’ve made my way back into the kitchen 😅

Chicken Pot Pie:

✨ 2 tbl butter

✨ 1/2 onion small diced

✨ 2 tbl minced garlic

✨ 12oz mixed veggies

✨ 22 oz can cream of chicken soup

✨ 3 baked chicken breasts diced

✨ 18 oz chicken stock

✨ Salt, pepper, sage, onions powder, total seasoning, season salt, parsley — to taste

✨ 2 Pie crusts

✨ 1 tbl butter

💥 In a pot melt butter, add in onions and garlic, cook til translucent

💥 Toss in mixed veggies, chicken soup, and diced chicken

💥 Pour in the chicken stock, season to taste, & bring to a simmer

💥 In a cast iron pan or baking pan throw 1 pie crust to the bottom, add in pot pie filling, then top with another pie crust

💥 Score the top crust and bake at 420° for 20 minutes

💥 Brush top with butter
