Salmon Fried Rice 🍣 🥡🥢

This has to be in my top 10 meals!! 😍

Ingredients:

✨ Brown Rice

✨ Kale

✨ Asparagus

✨ minced Garlic

✨ Salmon

✨ Eggs

✨ Soy Sauce

✨ Sesame Oil

✨ Chili Oil

✨ Kung Poa Sauce

Recipe:

💥 Dice salmon, drizzle sesame oil, season as desired

💥 Place in a cast iron pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350°

💥 While salmon is cooking! Cook brown rice as usual, then spread on a sheet and toss in fridge to cool!

💥 In another pan sauté garlic, kale and asparagus! Add in about 1/4 cup of soy sauce!

💥 Take salmon out the oven, toss in kung poa sauce and bake another 5 minutes!

💥 In a large pan scramble a few eggs in sesame oil, add back in the rice, veggies, and soy sauce ( a little at a time )

💥 Top with the salmon, a little chili oil if you want some spice & enjoy!!!
