Chicken & Dumplings Soup 🥣

It’s getting a little chilly out!! Made an insane amount of soup, this recipe should feed like 10 but since it’s only 3 of us…… it’s gonna last us a few days 😅 && with Hawiian Rolls on the side 🥰

Ingredients:

✨ 1 Onion ( small diced )

✨ 16oz Mixed Veggies

✨ 48oz Chicken Stock

✨ 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup

✨ Chicken Tenderloins ( remove tendon )

✨ Cornstarch Slurry ( equal parts cornstarch & water )

✨ Mary Hill Dumplings

✨ 4 oz Milk

✨ Salt, Pepper, Old Bay, Sage, Basil, Seasoning salt, Cumin, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Paprika - to taste

💥 Heat oil in a large pot, sauté onion & mixed veggies!

💥 When onions are translucent, add in chicken stock & the can of soup!

💥 In a separate pan, cook chicken tenders then small dice!

💥 Add chicken pieces to the soup & bring to a boil

💥 In a separate bowl, mix 2 tbl cornstarch & 2 tbl water then slowly add to pot a little at a time ( if too thick add more stock, if too loose make more slurry )

💥 Cut dumpling strips into square & add to the pot, let simmer for 10 minutes

💥 Stir in milk & season to taste!!
